Job DescriptionVice President Colors - Erlanger, KY Your Responsibilities
- Develop the Color Business growth strategy in collaboration with cross-functional leadership
- Define and align the strategic direction of the Color flavors portfolio
- Lead, assess and guide the Color team on capability needs
- Drive the execution of North America short and mid-term Color strategy
- Manage the P&L for the designated portfolio
- Support Sales and Commercial teams in strategic customer relationships
- Work with the Creative, Design and Development teams on product concepts
- Support the definition of growth initiatives
- Contribute as a key member of the global flavors leadership teams
- Continuously optimize portfolio to drive profitability
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Food/Color Science with 15+ years of relevant experience in Colors/Ingredients
- Master's degree preferred
- Extensive background in commercial and/or operations, or product development, scaling new products, with knowledge of both synthetic and natural food colorings
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, showcasing products and driving commercial success
- Strong understanding of process and manufacturing considerations in the development of food and beverage color solutions
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality, differentiated products
- Ability to identify industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $ - $.
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan.
