Technical Revit Modeler

As a Technical Revit Modeler, you will play a key role in creating, reviewing, and maintaining detailed technical drawings in a BIM environment. • Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Generate different types of drawings from Revit models, such as floor plans, sections, and elevations, along with design options.
• Produce renderings and visualizations of the project for presentations and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain Revit templates and families to streamline design processes.
• Continually update skills and knowledge of software upgrades and improvements.
• Resolve design and technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architectural teams and multiple internal support teams to create detailed designs.
• Ensure all designs and drawings follow residential building codes and company product guidelines.
• Modify and update designs based on feedback and reviews.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of all designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques.

• Proven work experience as a Revit Designer or similar role.
• Interpret and implement architectural, structural and MEP plans in the Revit environment.
• Strong expertise in using Revit software and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of architectural, structural and MEP plans.
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to visualize concepts and 3D designs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Must use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the telephone and face‑to‑face contact.
• Must be able to effectively use and operate various office‑related equipment such as but not limited to the computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
• Must be able to sit for long periods with low periods of reaching and standing.
