• Assess patients and provide treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience.
• Serve as a vital part of a dedicated team of clinicians committed to exceptional patient care.
• Exhibit excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
• Maintain personal time after day shifts.

• Unrestricted medical license in KY and OH
• Unrestricted DEA license for KY and OH
• DOT/FMCSA certification – active or willing to get during credentialing
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
