Do you have the desire to positively contribute to someone's career journey? The Career & Job Services Division is seeking a Volunteer Coach with a background in either business or healthcare. The coach would be available by appointment only to talk with Northern Kentucky Accountability Group participants about career pathways in either field. The coach would be expected to share insights about various roles within the field, current industry pain points, education/experiences/credentials required for roles and suggestions on getting started.
The Volunteer Coach would also review resumes and cover letters for participants trying to get jobs in either area and would be expected to offer expert tips and guidance.
The volunteer should be willing to supply a photo, email, & background information for posting on the NKYAG Volunteer Coaches web site.

Qualifications- 8+ years professional experience in the fields of education or healthcare
- Ability to schedule and conduct meetings via Zoom or TEAMS, or in person at the Erlanger Library
- The ability to interact with program participants in a positive and constructive manner
- The ability to evaluate resumes and cover letters and provide helpful feedback
- Various, but all appointments based on coach's schedule
- Time Commitment is approximately 1-3 hours per month
