As Beacon continues to grow rapidly, we are increasing our number of MRI scanners. Our mission is to provide a comfortable MRI imaging experience for a broad spectrum of individual patient needs. The MRI services at Beacon are designed to accommodate our entire patient population.

• Perform MRI scans, working with MDs and radiologists to ensure proper procedure is done.
• Screen patients, ensuring all forms and orders are complete.
• Obtain medical history and inject contrast materials.
• Print films for MDs and radiologists.
• Log all patients, scans, copies, and readings.
• Stock supplies and linens, maintain room cleanliness, and ensure correct exams are completed.
• Perform calibration and/or routine maintenance of scanner and processor.
• Protect scanning room from hazards such as projectiles, credit cards, watches.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed (schedule appointments, answer phones).
• Follow all OSHA requirements.
• Travel to any location as needed; rotate Saturdays and after‑hours scans as required.
• Any additional duties as assigned by the manager.

• Must be ARRT certified and have an active Ohio license.

Ability to frequently hear and communicate orally, see up close and at a distance, read and comprehend, stand, sit, walk, reach, handle, and/or feel objects. Must be able to climb, pull, push, and kneel. Maximum unassisted lift = 50 lbs. Average lift 25‑50 lbs.
