Experience:

3-6 years in Success Factors EC/Payroll integration.

Core Focus:
Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle between SAP Success Factors EC, EC Payroll (ECP), and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking).

• Own and deliver integration solutions (standard/custom) for SF EC, ECP, and other systems (e.g., Workforce Software).
• Lead the integration lifecycle: requirements, functional design, data mapping/validation, and coordination with third-party vendors.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and maintain documentation.

• 3-6 years of experience in SAP Success Factors, specifically Employee Central and Payroll integration.
• Strong understanding of EC data models and EC‑Payroll replication best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and/or Workforce Software modules.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
