DHL Express is looking for Customs Broker Turnover Support to join the Broker Turnover team. Customs Broker Turnover Support is responsible for reviewing shipment documentation and coordinating with brokers to ensure timely clearance, and delivery of all shipments, per customs compliance requirements. This role supports shipment processing by obtaining required information and resolving issues to prevent delays.

• Contact customers to obtain required documentation for customs clearance
• Review invoices, airway bills, and shipment data for accuracy
• Verify shipment details and ensure compliance with government regulations
• Communicate with brokers to process and clear shipments
• Monitor shipment queues and follow up on pending clearances
• Resolve document discrepancies and missing information
• Assign shipments for correction when needed
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
• 1 year of customer service or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to review and interpret shipment documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database, and web-based applications
• Good oral and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

This position requires access to secured airport areas. Selected candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, which includes passing a criminal history records check, fingerprinting, and meeting all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
