Broadridge is hiring! Join our team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager and lead complex proxy solicitation campaigns for top-tier clients. In this highly visible, client-facing role, you’ll partner across teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget while providing strategic guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle. Responsibilities:

Leads and coordinates implementation of multiple medium to large, complex project initiatives, using proven project management tools and methods, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve key milestones within identified and established project time frames.

Assigned to Broadridge’s most high profile, top tiered clients, monitoring and communicating to key stakeholders project objectives, achievements, milestones, challenges and issues, and reporting on project status.

Collaborates effectively to identify creative alternatives to project challenges, leads subject matter experts to resolve project challenges, removing obstacles and impediments to ensure business and operational objectives are met.

Provides training, coaching, and guidance to more junior staff members on project related tasks

Serves as a role model for team displaying leadership, integrity, and innovative ideas, ensuring that Broadridge policies and procedures are followed.

Understands Broadridge pricing models and billing procedures, monitoring project costs ensuring projects remain on budget and maintains open communication regarding budget with clients.

Understands Broadridge programming and technologies, as well as system capabilities, in order to provide guidance and consult with clients.

Able to communicate across all levels of an organization, including legal, compliance, programming, operational, and production areas, having an understanding of all tasks and challenges related to project and proxy management.

Leads and coordinates all tasks, assuring timely completion of all aspects of a campaign including data processing, typesetting, operations, programming, billing, special handling, and tabulation.

Ability to lead and collaborate on proposal and system enhancement efforts, including project scoping and assessing effort required.

Qualifications:

3+ years of  project management experience3+ years of  mutual fund industry and/or insurance product knowledge

Solid and extensive written and oral communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point Highly  organized with ability to meet tight and competing deadlines

Detail oriented with ability to multi-task

Able to conceptualize innovative and creative approaches to project challenges

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation Range:
The salary range for this position is between $90,000-$110,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
