• Work in a shop environment safely with zero accidents and/or injuries
• Set‑up and operate CNC Vertical Turret Lathes with Live Tooling
• Read and edit CNC programs, familiar with G & M codes
• Read and interpret engineered blue‑print drawings
• Apply geometric tolerances and set up inspection tools (/O.D. micrometers, calipers, Pi‑tape, bore gages, thread gages, etc.)
• Machine to required tolerances of .0005” - .005”
• Determine optimal machining feeds, speeds, and tool selections
• Work effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery to the customer

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience (preferred)

• Experience with VTL that uses live tooling is a plus
• Ability to follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
• Experience with Fanuc Controls is a plus
• Proven ability to use shop math, including trigonometry and geometry
• Follow work rules and instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
• Resolve problems with multiple concrete variables in standardized situations
• Work well with others and communicate clearly and effectively
• Desire to take ownership and accountability for work and company success
• Work in a lean and fast‑paced environment

Pay range: $29.00 to $40.00 USD per hour. Geographic differential may apply (110%-130% of base salary in certain areas).
