Position: Beverage Technician

Location: Erlanger, KY

Pay Rate: $20–22 per hour

Shift: Day shift, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (8-hour workday with 30-minute lunch). Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

The Beverage Technician supports daily beverage laboratory operations by batching formulas, preparing prototypes, and assisting with customer samples. This role works closely with scientists to ensure beverage formulations meet technical, quality, and safety standards.

• Batch beverage formulas and prepare prototypes for internal and customer use
• Perform minor formula modifications, screen flavors and colors, and adjust formulations using internal systems
• Conduct and interpret basic analytical testing related to beverage development
• Perform basic math calculations, including ratios, scaling, and percentage adjustments
• Follow ISO procedures and food safety standards daily
• Assist with sensory evaluations, including informal triangle tastings
• Conduct stability testing under supervision
• Generate data for demo sheets and support sample shipments
• Support flavor screening and selection during beverage development

• High School Diploma SWT or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in a beverage Signals ? food, or laboratory environment preferred
• Strong basic math skills, including fractions, ratios, and ## percentages
• Familiarity with basic beverage and food science concepts
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Comfortable using laboratory instruments such as pH meters, Brix, spectroph Bet ...
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
