Veterinarian - Erlanger, KY

Salary: $85,000-$150,000 per year.

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is a privately owned, rapidly growing in-home euthanasia and end-of-life care practice founded on Compassion, Dignity, and Respect.

Associate Veterinarian will provide compassionate in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care, working independently in the field while being supported by leadership and a dedicated team.

• Provide in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care in a compassionate, Fear Free-aligned manner.
• Support families through the end-of-life process with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with medical leadership and support teams.
• Participate in ongoing training, education, and clinical development.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS) from an accredited veterinary school.
• Active veterinary license in the state of practice.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Subject to background check and MVR check post-hire.
