Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You will help shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily store operations.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating client needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively resolving potential service issues.
• Give a warm and friendly greeting, maintain eye contact and offer help locating additional items when needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties – handle cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities when required.
• Provide customer support to all departments (e.g., photo, beauty), ensuring they are fully stocked and operational while staying current with all updated services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy, as part of career growth opportunities.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that help people on their path to better health.

• Remain upright on feet for sustained periods of time.
• Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects, including overhead lifting.
• Maintain close visual acuity to perform activities such as using a computer terminal, reading, or visually inspecting small parts/details.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but not required).

$15.00 – $15.00 per hour
