Position Summary
This newly created position supports inside sales and operations through customer service, order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative support. The role works closely with customers, distributors, U.S. offices, and the Japan headquarters to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and distributor inquiries regarding RFQs, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Support sales activities across multiple U.S. offices and coordinate order status and deliveries with Japan headquarters.
- Assist distributors with urgent requests, shipping issues, and other customer service needs.
