• Recent college graduate (or equivalent) with a strong drive to learn and compete
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with a positive, energetic presence
• Comfortable standing and actively engaging customers
• Quick to absorb coaching and eager to improve - retail/sales experience is a plus

• Base salary range: $36,000-$44,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance incentives
