• Oversee daily operations for steel and metal railing and fence installation projects
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
• Lead, supervise, and support installation crews and fabricators in the field
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and industry standards
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate fabrication and installation
• Schedule work and assign tasks to maximize efficiency and proper resource use
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements
• Manage materials, inventory, and jobsite supplies as needed
• Train and mentor team members, fostering skill development and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication or installation issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors to coordinate schedules and timelines
• Lead regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity

• Travel required
• OSHA
  30 required – provided by the company
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman
• Proven track record in a supervisory or foreman role
• In-depth knowledge of metalwork, including welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations related to metalwork and construction
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in using hand and power tools specific to metalwork
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Certification in welding or metal fabrication is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is required for this role. For some locations or clients, a REAL
