Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Controller for a client in the Northern KY area. This resource will be responsible for managing and controlling maintenance operations in order to provide safe, compliant and reliable aircraft operations. The resource is the primary point of contact regarding aircraft out of service and the current mechanical status of all aircraft fleets. Focal point within the Global Control Center for all aircraft maintenance related items and provides bi directional communications to business unit members as required by the general maintenance manual and internal operating procedures.
Responsible for reviewing all maintenance discrepancies for operational impact and coordinating with fleet management for the development of action plans.
- Manage and control maintenance operations to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable aircraft operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact regarding aircraft out of service and the current mechanical status of all aircraft fleets.
- Act as the focal point within the Global Control Center for all aircraft maintenance related items and provide bi-directional communications to business unit members as required by the general maintenance manual and internal operating procedures.
- Review all maintenance discrepancies for operational impact and coordinate with fleet management for the development of action plans.
- Airframe and Powerplant License required (Aircraft Maintenance Technician).
- Minimum 5 years recent experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician/A&P Mechanic or Maintenance Controller.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Able to read wiring diagrams, structural repair manuals, maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogs.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Windows based computer software applications.
- AMT working on Boeing 777/747/767 preferred, but smaller aircrafts/helicopters would also be considered.

Pay is based on relevant years of experience:
