Position Summary

Hilltop Supply and Hardwood LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Associate to join our Operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely transportation of merchandise from our warehouse to customer locations. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for loading, securing, and delivering goods while maintaining the integrity of the products. This role also includes routine vehicle inspections and upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Adhere to established delivery schedules and timelines.
• Load, secure, and transport merchandise safely to designated customer locations.
• Verify delivery documentation and record all vehicle movements on daily route logs.
• Ensure accurate and secure unloading of merchandise at customer sites.
• Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance to maintain vehicle in safe working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Uphold company standards by protecting assets and financial information through accurate execution of internal control procedures.
• Perform responsibilities in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, requiring a high level of self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision..

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for operation of box trucks. (21 years of age or older)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial or delivery driving is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and internal personnel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively, and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular duties.
• Proficiency with navigation systems (GPS), time tracking systems, and basic vehicle technology.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
