• Pay Rate: $80,000 to $90,000, top earners up to $110,000+
• Sign‑on bonus:
  Up to $10,000, depending on experience
• 3rd Shift Dispatch

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and on customer premises
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks
