Quercus Energy Technicians zoekt een praktijkopleider BEI die de schakel vormt tussen theorie en praktijk in de ondergrondse infratechniek. Je begeleidt groepen, van ervaren monteurs tot zij-instromers, vooral op onze eigen praktijklocatie maar ook op klantlocaties.
Je verzorgt praktijkgerichte BEI-trainingen, coaching en toetsing, en maatwerktrajecten. Met aandacht voor veiligheid en vakmanschap help je leerlingen stap voor stap groeien, zodat ze zelfstandig aan het energienet kunnen werken.
