GGz Centraal zoekt een betrokken Begeleider Ouderenpsychiatrie voor de locatie Westerhof op het Veldwijk terrein in Ermelo. Je verleent zorg aan cliënten boven de 60 met somatische en psychiatrische problematiek en draagt bij aan een voorspelbare dagstructuur.
Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team, voert ADL-ondersteuning uit en signaleert veranderingen in het functioneren. Een mbo MMZ-3 opleiding is vereist en affiniteit met ouderenzorg is een pré.
