Impactpersoneel zoekt een Begeleider Jeugdzorg voor begeleiding van jongeren van 6 tot 23 jaar met lichte verstandelijke beperking en ernstige gedragsproblemen rondom Ermelo. Je werkt op verschillende locaties en zorgt voor een veilige, voorspelbare en gestructureerde omgeving zodat jongeren stap voor stap ontwikkelen.
Je voert taken uit volgens het zorgplan, de-escaleren bij agressie, levert sport en dagbesteding en onderhoudt samenwerking met behandelaren en collega’s.
