Through advanced analytics, technology-driven processes, and close collaboration with Credit, Risk, and Product teams, RPMG ensures risk-calibrated policy execution.
RPMG engages delinquent customers with multiple repayment solutions and financial counseling, promoting responsible credit behavior and long-term financial health. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
To lead and manage the Agri Loans collections portfolio across multiple regions within the zone, ensuring effective resolution across delinquency buckets, vendor performance, legal execution, and compliance with audit standards. The role is pivotal in driving recovery performance and maintaining portfolio health in alignment with business objectives.
Portfolio & Bucket Management
.Achieve resolution targets as per business requirements across 30+ DPD, 90+ DPD, and 180+ DPD buckets.
.Minimize forward flow to subsequent delinquency buckets through proactive resolution strategies.
.Monitor gross slippages and manage inventory in line with risk guardrail.
Recovery & NPA Management
.Drive monthly recovery targets for rural portfolios.
.Track and improve Net NPA performance against monthly targets.
.Ensure timely NPA recovery and account upgrades.
Vendor & Staff Oversight
.Manage multiple outsourced vendors and field collection teams across the zone.
.Ensure timely allocation of accounts, billing confirmation, and regular customer visits.
.Create a performance-oriented culture to enhance motivation and productivity.
Legal & Compliance
.Oversee legal filing, coverage, and execution for recovery cases.
.Ensure adherence to bank processes and audit requirements.
.Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Training & Capability Building
.Ensure all staff are adequately trained on Agri Loan products, collection processes, and bank policies.
.Promote continuous learning and development across the zonal team.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Finance, or related field.
.10-15 years of experience in collections, with significant exposure to Agri or rural lending portfolios.
.Proven experience in managing large teams and multiple vendors across geographies.

.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and MIS tools.
