Contract Security Architect - (DV Cleared)

We are seeking an experienced Security Architect for an initial 6-month contract based on-site in Erskine. You will lead the design, build, and assurance of backend platforms and endpoint protection capabilities within secure, offline (air-gapped) environments.

• Working Pattern: 5 days per week on-site in Erskine or 2 days in a week to Corsham, UK.
• IR35 Status:
  Inside IR35.
• Duration:
  Approximately 6 months.

• Design and implement endpoint security solutions, Anti Virus/EDR capabilities, and platform controls for air-gapped systems.
• Define secure patching, vulnerability management, and data transfer mechanisms for disconnected networks.
• Produce formal technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, SOPs) and Penetration Testing scopes.
• Ensure full compliance with UK security policies (including JSP 440, JSP 604, JSP 453), NCSC guidance, and the NIST framework.

• Clearance:
  Must hold active, full transferable DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance.
