We are seeking talented individuals to join our team to support our physicians in their daily practice. This role collaborates closely with the assigned physician to drive them to practice locations and support their clinical workflows.

• Monday-Friday
• Schedule is mirrored around the physician’s rounding schedule
• Shifts typically start around 7am and end around 5pm
• Shift times are flexible due to physician rounding schedule
• This position is In-Person

• Clerical support for assigned physician
• Assistance with paperwork for assigned physician
• Assisting assigned physician with charting

• Medical scribe experience preferred
• Medical scribe certification preferred

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of working hours
• Must be able to move inside a facility frequently and briskly in order to see patients with physicians.
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs in a facility.
• Some ability to position oneself to obtain records, tools, medical equipment and other items that may be in locations that are below the knee or above the shoulder.
• Effectively communicate with patients, managers, and Facility staff.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
