As a 13‑week travel PT, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to patient recovery and independence.

• Assess patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans, including exercise and manual therapy, to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self‑management strategies.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities to remain current with best practices.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continued patient progress in community or home‑based settings.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
