• Responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG's, medical history.
• Travel to patient locations for appointments.
• Paid per appointment/event; not hourly or salary.
• Bi‑weekly pay.
• Some travel expenses covered depending on location.

• Travel to specified locations to obtain samples.
• Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gather mandatory information from patients and verify identities.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKG's, medical history.
• Accurately label all samples.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including any medical issues during venipuncture that may affect test results.

• Proven experience as phlebotomist.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Professional, responsible, self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer proficient; internet access; printer/scanner for printing, scanning, uploading completed documents.
