Coach/Ops Manager Trainee (USA) – Walmart

$31.00/hr – $38.00/hr

Lead and develop store teams through coaching, training, and active listening. Provide feedback and guidance to improve associate performance and customer service. Manage store operations using technology, merchandising, and company initiatives, and introduce change efforts. Analyze profit‑loss statements, control expenses, and achieve sales and profit goals. Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates, set clear expectations, and promote a workplace where all associates feel supported.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity, and support the Open Door Policy.

• 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of required background checks, firearms training, and other facility‑specific certifications.
• Completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management or Leadership.
• Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
