The Nursing Director provides leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic guidance to nursing staff and program coordinators in the development and delivery of community health programs, policies, and objectives. This position carries director-level responsibility and authority for the professional and technical personnel who provide public and community health services.
The Director exercises independent judgment and initiative in planning, directing, and evaluating the quality, effectiveness, and scope of services provided.
