Full‑Time | 0.8 FTE | 8‑hour day shifts | $7,500 Sign‑on Bonus (Available if eligible)
How You Will Contribute- Collects and documents patient intake data; maintains accurate and complete patient records.
- Provides patient support that reflects consideration for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious, and economic influences.
- Assists with routine clinic support activities.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Maintains an appropriate, safe, and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
- Coordinates nursing staff to facilitate accessibility and continuity of care.
- Coordinates requests of physicians and office staff regarding patient activities and needs.

Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN program.
Additional Requirements- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP)
- BCLS Trainer and Specimen Collection (For Occupational Medicine only)
- 6 years clinical experience required
