The Person al Lines Account Manager position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to client success through strategic consultation, effective relationship management, and the innovative use of technology.
The Person al Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves sales and service of insurance products while ensuring retention levels are maintained, handling all complaints, actioning renewals, and overseeing client relationships. The Account Manager will also leverage technology and market insights to enhance service delivery, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support clients with all their personal lines insurance needs.
