Audi Escondido, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for Sales Associates to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Pay for this position is minimum wage plus commissions. The expected pay is $60,000 - $120,000 per year.

• Automotive sales experience required
• Luxury automotive sales experience preferred
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
