Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all our membership-related inquiries and support
• Enroll new members, process renewals and manage cancellations or membership changes
• Maintain accurate membership data and efficient scheduling
• Communicate with customers regarding benefits and promote memberships
• Collaborate with the call center team to support inbound/outbound membership inquiries
• Provide timely, professional and friendly customer communication
• Resolve issues related to billing, scheduling, benefit usage & more
• Track membership performance metrics
• Ensure all membership processes بارے company policies

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of administrative experience
• Familiarity in HVAC, Home Services, or membership-based programs
• Experience with Service‑Titan is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$25/hr the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
