San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238‑acre rural campus in the San Pasqual Valley. The school offers classrooms, an auditorium, gym, cafeteria, and sports such as basketball, softball, and football. Our campus features residential staff and house parents who mentor, tutor, teach living skills, explore interests, encourage sports and recreation, and assist with career planning.
Pay & Benefits- Pay: starting at $22/hr.
- $1,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.

As a Child Care Worker, you will:
- Provide safety and around‑the‑clock in‑person supervision of youth.
- Attend to the physical, personal, and health needs of each student through counseling and skill development.
- Create a supportive environment for students.
- Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
- Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with professional staff to establish and meet each student’s treatment plan goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and child abuse registry search.
- Prior experience working with residential care for youth or ages 12‑17.
- 4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts.
- Shift 1 – Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: 7 am‑5 pm or 1 pm‑11 pm.
- Shift 2 – Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday: 7 am‑5 pm or 1 pm‑11 pm.
