We’re a well‑established commercial roofing contractor known for high‑quality work across re‑roof, maintenance, repairs, and specialty systems. • Oversee commercial re‑roof & repair projects from scope to closeout.
• Conduct site walks, develop scopes, pricing, and proposals.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout each project.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field coordination.
• Prepare estimates for repairs, re‑roofs, and maintenance scopes.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support service/repair teams with pricing, inspections, and client communication.

• 3–10+ years in commercial roofing OR related construction (exteriors preferred).
• Experience with commercial roofing systems (single‑ply, BUR, coatings, metal, etc.).
• Ability to estimate, price, and sell scopes confidently.
• Strong communication + client management skills.
• Organized PM mindset with a customer‑service approach.
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to be in the field regularly.
• Ability to pass a background test/drug screening.
