Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010.
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our San Diego County partners.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
- Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
- Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
- Equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.
Position Details and Qualifications:
- Will be supporting Palomar Health in San Diego, CA.
- Will support the hospitals Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), Inpatient Medical Floor and ER.
- Full-Time opportunity.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and at least 1 weekend a month.
- Will see around at least 15-20 patients a day.
- The starting salary is $350K.
- 1099 Independent Contractor preferred but is open for W2 employment.
