Civil Engineer – Land Development

Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in land development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of civil design principles, and experience with site grading, drainage, utilities, and plan preparation.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review civil engineering plans, reports, and technical documents for land development projects
• Perform design work related to grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project team members to ensure project success
• Support project managers in developing design concepts and project deliverables
• Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in land development design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• EIT certification preferred; PE license a plus
