Responsibilities:
Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs.Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.Utilize marketing tools and resources to grow your client base.Work within a hybrid model, attending in-person meetings and training sessions as required.Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements.Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services, investment advising, or insuranceActive licenses preferred:Life & Health Insurance LicenseFINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to obtain — sponsorship available)Demonstrated success in:Client acquisition and retentionFinancial planning or investment strategy developmentBuilding and maintaining a book of businessStrong personal/professional network with business development capabilityEntrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and lead a team or practiceHigh-level communication, interpersonal, and consultative skillsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and goal-orientedTech-savvy — comfortable using virtual meeting tools, CRM platforms, and planning softwareCommitted to high ethical standards and client-first principlesMust be authorized to work in the U.S.#J-18808-Ljbffr
