• Take good care of our members as they are everything to us; professionally acknowledge anyone who enters the branch.
• Open new accounts (new shares for existing members).
• Accurately process routine member account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, wire transfers, official checks, gift cards, cash advances, etc.
• Research and resolve member inquiries on issues related to their accounts.
• Cross‑sell services that would benefit our members and properly track products and services referred or sold.
• Support branch operations with end‑of‑day balancing by scanning checks, providing dual control to balance the vault cash and card supplies, and totaling branch cash and checking to ensure all confidential information is secure.

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a financial institution or similar in a retail branch environment, including at least 6 months opening new accounts.
• Ability to actively cross‑sell products & services is required; loan processing experience is a plus.
• Strong listening, verbal communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of member information.

Base Pay/Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 an hour* (actual pay within this range will be determined by relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law).
