Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

North County Serenity House (NCSH), a residential program of Health

RIGHT 360, was founded in 1966 to provide substance use disorder services in the community. NCSH provides a gender‑responsive and trauma‑informed environment, using evidence‑based and best practices that recognize and account for the role that trauma frequently plays in substance use and criminal histories of women. For clients with co‑occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary.

Our residential facility serves up to 120 women (with capacity for up to 20 children under 5 years of age) seeking recovery from substance use disorders.

The Care Coordinator (Temporary), Special Projects (SP) provides comprehensive support and advocacy for our clients y assess the needs and strengths of our clients and their children to promote family health and recovery. They provide case management in both individual and group settings, deliver program‑specific curricula, and assist clients with children in navigating systems of care within a supportive environment. Care Coordinator II, SP acts as a liaison between the program and Child Welfare Services to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

• Facilitate individual sessions with each caseload client who is involved with Child Welfare Services (CWS).
• Provide learning experience opportunities and offers clinical support to assist clients in meeting their treatment goals.
• Perform crisis intervention and communicate with the treatment team as unforeseen situations arise.
• Facilitate groups, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with each caseload client and other available internal and external resources to develop and maintain treatment plans, transition plans, progress notes, and appropriate updates in support of the health and recovery needs of the client.
• Proactively link clients to both internal and external resources based on their treatment needs and follows up on the progress/status.
• Attend Team Decision Making Meetings when invited by Child Welfare Services and maintain regular contact with CWS workers to allow for advocacy for each client.
• Facilitate monthly case conferences for clients who are involved with Child Welfare Services which include all parties involved in the client’s case.
• Attend collaborative effort meetings such as with Child, Family, Team sessions. These sessions can include members of the child’s school district, CWS Social Workers, caregivers, noncustodial parents.

• Document client updates, incidents, changes in visitations, and placement in the client’s file.
• Properly document all individual and group counseling sessions and complete the discharge paperwork/process and required agency assessments in a timely manner.
