Caregiver (Home Helpers Hero)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

As a Home Helpers Hero, you will provide compassionate non‑medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and hospice care.
• Hourly and 24/7 care availability.
• Light housekeeping and organization.
• Meal preparation.
• Follow a plan of care.
• Communicate professionally with families and the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Cell phone with internet access.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation required; personal vehicle and driver’s license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Prior home care experience a plus.
• Access to email and a mobile smart device.
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care.
• Willingness to complete all necessary employment requirements.

• Full‑time or part‑time, based on availability.
• Morning, afternoon, night, overnight; 4, 6, 8, and 12‑hour options.
