American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience and OT licensure.
Requirements- Current OT license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- AHA certifications required
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 52 beds
- Tuesday-Saturday schedule with flexible start time of 7am or 8am
- Day shift position (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Weekend shifts required every week
- Patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Deliver customized, intensive rehabilitation tailored to individual patient needs
- Work within a comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation program focused on maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life
- Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Must not be employed elsewhere full time
