Role Description

Position: Associate Attorney with a focus on civil litigation and real estate. This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Escondido, CA. The Associate Attorney will provide legal advice, conduct research, negotiate, and handle litigation matters on a day-to-day basis, working closely with our experienced partners to gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California State Bar
  • 2-5 years of experience preferred
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and technology

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Assist with client consultations and provide sound legal advice
  • Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
