2pm to 12:30am Monday through Thursday

Job Description:

• Various jobs throughout the machine shop such as operating molding machines, braiding machines, bead blasting and running various machines such as CNCs or semi-automatic lathes, etc.
• The process for molding is to fill the stainless-steel mold with silicon material, put it into the heat press, when complete take the part out of the mold, clean the mold and repeat.
• The process for braiding is to feed tubes into a machine that has 24 spools of threads. You watch the machine to make sure the tube is not kinking, and the thread is not breaking.
• The process for bead blasting is to take a brazed assembly and put it inside a sheet metal enclosure where you put your hands through rubber gloves and use a foot pedal that actuates the air.
• Manually rotate the part to blast until the parts look finished.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
