Job Title:

Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Location:

Primary service area is El Cajon, CA, with occasional travel to nearby San Diego County locations.

Schedule:

Part-Time; flexibility required to meet patient visit schedules.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience—see our recent data on El Cajon RN rates!).

• Providing skilled nursing care directly to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician's plan of care.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and monitoring vital signs and symptoms.
• Administering medications and treatments, and coordinating care with other disciplines (PT, OT, HHA).
• Educating patients and families on disease management, safety, and preventative health measures.
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation using our electronic charting system.

• Current, active California RN License (must be in good standing).
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical nursing experience (Home Health experience is highly preferred).
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation for community visits.
• Exceptional assessment skills, professional reliability, and a patient-first attitude.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
