Join Palomar Health Rehabilitation Institute as a Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations in our 52‑bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will oversee a dedicated nursing team, ensure compliance with clinical policies, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high‑quality patient care.

$102,669 – $138,611 per year

• Supervise and support nursing staff, manage performance, resolve issues, and foster team development.
• Ensure adherence to clinical policies and standards, and collaborate with leadership to optimize patient care delivery.

• Education:
  
  BSN or ADN (BSN preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum two years of rehabilitation nursing and two years of supervisory experience.
• License:
  Current RN license in the state.
• Certifications:
  
  BCLS required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.
