Nurse Resident cohort will start February 23, 2025. This mentored experience facilitates transition from student to professional nurse. The role involves coordinated nursing care for patients or groups within a unit, day‑to‑day management, supervision of nursing and ancillary personnel, and adherence to the California Nurse Practice Act and ANA guidelines. Proficiency in MS Windows and related office software is required. The position also requires English language fluency and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements- Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure
- Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Master’s Entry in a School of Nursing approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Minimum Experience: 0‑6 months in similar work
- Preferred Experience: Not Applicable
- Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized Advanced Cardiac Life Support;
American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider - Preferred Certification: Not Applicable
- Required License: Current CA RN License
- Preferred License: Not Applicable
