Position OverviewPrimarily responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or a group of patients within an assigned unit. Manages and supervises daily clinical activities, coordinates care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Supervises nursing and ancillary staff, utilizing professional and supervisory judgment. Adheres to the California Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and ethical guidelines. Responsible for patient mobilization and participation in patient handling as needed.
Qualifications- Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of relevant RN experience
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years of relevant RN experience
- Required Certification: BLS - Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association)
- Required License: Current CA RN License
