The Elizabeth Hospice is seeking a qualified Hospice Nurse to perform initial patient assessments and develop comprehensive plans of care upon admission across patient lifespans. You will collaborate with the IDG to ensure seamless care and educate communities about available services.
Position requires travel within North San Diego County and South Riverside, CA, with daily 12-hour shifts (4 on) and hourly pay between $45 and $61 depending on experience.
