HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION The Safari Experiences Program Aide provides operational support for Safari Experiences programs and provides great customer service to program participants. The Program Aide also operates, inspects, and assigns tour vehicles. This position reports to the Safari Experiences Supervisor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provides operational support for Safari Experiences programs by ensuring guides and guests connect in a timely manner. Operates organization vehicles/carts to transport late guests or provide replacement carts to guides.
  • Provides excellent customer service to program participants by checking them in for tours, providing safety information, and answering questions.
  • Cleans and inspects tour vehicles and reports damage in a timely manner.
  • Prepares and ensures availability of program materials.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Safari Experiences is seeking an individual who is inspired to be part of an organization committed to protecting wildlife around the globe. The Safari Experiences Program Aide serves as the first point of contact for guests checking in for tours and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience while upholding high customer service and organizational standards.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, punctuality, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) is highly preferred.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex guest interactions.
  • Ability to manage internal and external customer interactions with a high level of tact and diplomacy
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Work effectively with others as part of a diverse team environment
