Event Network, LLC is looking for a dynamic Barista Sales Associate and Keyholder to join our Coffee Marketplace. As a front‑line team member, you will craft delicious beverages, engage with guests, and support everyday store operations.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, smoothies, and other café offerings with consistency and care.
• Deliver warm, welcoming guest service that ensures every visit is memorable.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and keep the store sanitized at all times.
• Share knowledge of coffee, food items, and marketplace products to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with cashiering, stocking, and keeping the store guest‑ready.
• Collaborate with leadership and fellow team members to achieve service and sales goals.
• Present food, beverage, and retail products in an appealing, organized way.

• Prior barista, food‑service, or retail experience preferred; a passion for coffee and exceptional service is essential.
• Interest in learning about coffee and specialty beverages.
• Friendly, outgoing personality dedicated to providing outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive, collaborative energy that makes work fun and engaging.
• Commitment to food‑safety standards. A current food handler’s card is preferred; we will help you obtain one if required.

• Frequent standing, walking, and active engagement.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
